I have been working with the plugin for the last three years. I think the support is good and fast all the time. They have help me with some script and html problems. Sometimes when it is out of their scope they have suggested me to hire a developer. I believe it is an easy an very powerful plugin, however it helps a lot if you know the basics of HTML, CSS and javaScript

Toolset support is worst..
I request 4 tickets and any single didn’t got solved any single time but all the time I got forced to hire a developer form their team for doing work…
